Third-Party Communication
We offer third -party integration where data and services are exchanged via API (Application Programming Interface). Authentication
of your third-party service is done using OAuth which provides an access token to our system without exposing your third-party
credentials.
To use third-party portals & service integration you will need to authenticate and or give permission to our application.
You can at any time revoke the third-party credentials from our application.
We integrate with Google API to allow you to access your Google Account. You will be asked to allow the following:
- Read, send, delete, and manage your email
- View and modify but not delete your email
- Manage mailbox labels
- Send email on your behalf
The message from Google OAuth will be: “Allow firm-apps.com to do this?” “By clicking Allow, you allow this app to use your
information in accordance to their terms of service and privacy policies. You can remove this or any other app connected
to your account in My Account”
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations
or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to
your use of optional third-party tools.
Users contacting this website and/or its owners do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested
at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or
has no use, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998. Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email
submission process but advise users using such form to email processes that they do so at their own risk.
This website and its owners use any information submitted to provide you with further information about the products / services
they offer or to assist you in answering any questions or queries you may have submitted. This includes using your details
to subscribe you to any email newsletter program the website operates but only if this was made clear to you and your express
permission was granted when submitting any form to email process. Or whereby you the consumer have previously purchased from
or enquired about purchasing from the company a product or service that the email newsletter relates to. This is by no means
an entire list of your user rights regarding receiving email marketing material. Your details are not passed on to any third-parties.
